Subscription
The Subscription section of the Cloud Management Portal provides users with critical visibility into their current plan status, renewal timelines, and plan details. This feature is designed to help users track the status of their service access and ensure timely renewals to avoid service disruptions.
Accessing Subscription Settings
To manage your email notification preferences:

Log in to your Cloud Management Portal.

Navigate to Company > Profile from the left-hand navigation menu.
- In the Profile section's sidebar, click on Subscription.
Subscription Status Dashboard
1. Status :

Upon navigating to the Subscription section, you will see a status card summarizing the key subscription details.

The status indicates that your subscription is currently not active in this demo environment. Services linked to a paid plan may be suspended until the subscription is reactivated or renewed.
2. Renewal Information :

Next Renewal: The portal provides a countdown (in days) indicating when the next renewal is due.

If no renewal is scheduled, it may indicate either:

Your plan is expired and needs manual renewal.

Auto-renewal is disabled.

A free trial has ended.

3. View Plan Details :
- Click on the View Plan link to access the full details of your current or previous plan.
