Users

The User Management section enables administrators to manage all user accounts within the domain. From creating new users and assigning roles to editing user details or disabling accounts, this module centralizes all identity and access control operations.

This section provides a step-by-step walkthrough of all functionalities available under the Users tab within the Company section of the portal.

Accessing the users Section

  • Log in to your Cloud Management Portal.

  • From the left-hand navigation bar, click on Company > Users.

  • You will be redirected to the Users page where your details are displayed.

User List Overview

Once inside the Users section, you will be presented with a dashboard that displays a list of existing users, including the following columns:

Users & EmailDisplays the username and registered email address of the user.
Mobile NumberContact number linked with the user account.
DomainAssociated email or organizational domain.
User TypeRole of the user such as DOMAIN ADMIN.
Created DateTimestamp when the user was created.
Completion DateTimestamp when user creation was finalized.
StatusCurrent status of the user (e.g., ENABLED).
ActionsIncludes actions like Edit, Change Password, and Delete User.
  • A Quick Search bar at the top allows you to search for users by name, email, or mobile number to quickly locate user profiles.

Adding a New User

  • Click on the Add User button to open the User Creation Form.

Note: Roles must be predefined under the Role Privileges section. If needed, click the provided link to create or configure new roles.

  • Click Add to create the user or Cancel to discard changes.

Actions Available Per User

  • Each user row includes the following actions.

Change PasswordReset or update the user’s password manually.
Delete UserPermanently remove the user account from the domain.
