Uninstalling Advanced Monitoring

This section provides step-by-step instructions to remove the monitoring service from your VM.

Removing the Monitoring Agent​

  • Access the Advanced Monitoring Portal and navigate to the "Servers" section. Here, you will find a list of servers where advanced monitoring is enabled.
  • Locate the VM from which you want to remove monitoring and click the "Delete" button next to it.

  • A prompt will appear displaying manual steps required to uninstall the monitoring agent from the VM. These steps must be completed before removing the VM from the monitoring list.

  • After performing the required steps, select the checkbox "I understand the consequences of deleting this server", then click the "Delete" button to finalize the removal.

Note: The uninstallation steps may vary depending on the VM’s operating system.
