Trial Account Signup

What is a Trial Account?

A Trial Account is a temporary, limited-access user account provided to new users or organizations. It allows them to evaluate the platform’s features before committing to a paid subscription.

1. Sign Up for a Trial Account :

  • Access the CMP portal URL.

  • Click the "Try for Free" Option. This option is available on the signup page of the Cloud Management Portal.

  • Choose a Trial Account Type:

    • Credit Limit Trial Account → Review the credit limits and click "Try for Free."
  • Quota Limit Trial Account → Review the quota limits and click "Try for Free."
  • Complete the Registration Process :

    • Fill in all the mandatory fields and click "Register."
  • A confirmation message appears: ✔ "Trial account registered successfully."
  • Activate the Trial Account:

    • A signup activation link is sent to your email.

    • Click the "Activate and Setup Your Account" button.

  • Complete Account Setup:

    • Personal Details → Enter mandatory information and click "Next."
  • Address Details → Fill in the required fields and click "Next."
  • Payment Details → Enter payment information and click "Register."
  • Trial account activation is now complete !!

2. Logging into the Trial Account :

  • Once the trial account is activated, users can log in using their registered E-mail ID & Password and begin exploring the platform.
  • Once the user logged into the portal, click "Go to KYC Verification" to validate your identity.
  • Complete KYC Verification (For details, refer to the KYC Verification documentation).

Trial Account Overview

  • Once payment validation and KYC verification are complete, users can explore the Cloud Management Portal .

  • Your trial account will be activate until the trial period ends OR the credit limit is reached.

  • Also, you trial account will end once the quota limit is reached.

Converting a Trial Account to a Live Account

Users can upgrade their trial account to a live (paid) account directly from the CMP User Portal.

  • Login into your CMP portal.

  • Navigate to Dashboard Click "Convert to Live"

  • The option to convert a trial account to a live account is available in the Profile section.

  • Click the "Convert to Live" menu.

  • Click the "Convert to Live" button.
  • Confirm the upgrade by clicking "Yes."

Important Note : The conversion process takes 24 hours. Users can continue using the trial account during the transition. Once completed, an email notification will confirm the successful upgrade.

  • Conversion request has been submitted successfully.
  • Once the trial account is converted to a live account, the user receives a confirmation email.

Balance Carry Forward

When a trial account is upgraded to a live account, any remaining credit balance is automatically carried forward depending on the billing model.

  • Postpaid Account – Credit Carry Forward :

    • All the remaining credit is converted into credit points.

    • The credit balance is reflected in the user’s monthly invoice.

    • Users can check their available credit points by navigating to User Portal > Company > Profile > Credits & Promo Code > Balance Credit Points."

  • Prepaid Account – Credit Carry Forward:

    • Remaining credit is converted into the user's current account balance.

    • The amount can be used for future transactions.
